摘要
采用微波消解—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了3种抗癌中药中的Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn和Mg。探讨了微波消解试剂和消解条件。5种金属元素的检出限(3S/N)为0.006~0.048mg·L-1;线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.9990;回收率在94.6%~101.7%之间;相对标准偏差(n=5)小于2%。
A method of determining Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and Mg in antitumour traditional medicines by microwave digestion and FAAS is established. Microwave digestion reagents and Chinese digestion conditions were discussed. Testing results showed that the detection limits range is from 0.006 mg.L^-1 to 0.048 mg .L^-1 depending on the elements, and correlation coefficient is larger than 0.9990.Recoveries of samples are in the range 94.6 % - 101.7% and RSD of the results is less than 2 %.
