摘要
为了考察良溶剂对共聚物膜结构的影响,采用原子力电子显微镜(AFM)对不同条件下的膜结构进行观察,发现嵌段共聚物PS-b-PEO-b-PS在二氯甲烷良溶剂诱导下发生的去润湿现象并在膜表面形成了纳米孔结构.三种厚度(以初始溶液的浓度控制膜厚)的聚合物膜在经过二氯甲烷溶剂处理后都发生了相同的"孔洞成核"去润湿行为.对发生去润湿后的膜区域进行观察,其表面存在均匀的纳米孔结构,用于溶解聚合物的溶剂不同,得到的纳米孔结构也存在差异.
In order to investigate the effect of good solvent on the formation of polymer films,atomic force microscopy(AFM) was used to observe the film structure under different conditions.As a result,the dewetting behavior and nanopore structure of PS-b-PEO-b-PS block copolymer film induced by dichloromethane solvent were observed.The same dewetting behavior induced by dichloromethane was found for the films with different thickness.In addition,on the surface of the dewetted films,homogeneous nanopore structure was observed.And there was some difference for the nanopore structures of the films spin-coated from solutions in different solvents.
