摘要 洪水灾害在我国发生频繁,在历史上经常发生决堤和改道,严重影响着两岸人民的生命和财产安全。根据某河下游滩区受灾情况统计资料和分析结果,按照统一损失估算原则,对各级流量下的淹没区进行淹没综合损失估算。在Visual Basic.NET环境下,利用ArcEngine 9.2组件为开发辅助工具,通过叠加淹没矢量图层,进行淹没区具体受灾情况计算,并作出各因素损失估算结果,实现各级流量下淹没区的综合损失值,并以可视化形式表现出来。此系统的开发有利于某河下游淹没区综合损失的计算,并以更直观、更简便和易操作的形式呈现给用户。 The flood disasters are frequent in China, which seriously affect the people' s life and properties. According to the statistical data and analysis results for flood disasters in the lower course of a river, and in accordance with the principle of loss estimation, the comprehensive losses at all levels of flow rate are integrated and evaluated here. In the Visual Basic. NET environment, using ArcEngine 9.2 component for the developing support tool and overlaying the submerged vector maps, the specific circumstances of disasters are calculated, and the loss estimations under all factors are made. Meanwhile, the comprehensive loss value of flood disasters at all flow rate levels is achieved and displayed in visual form. This system is conducive to the comprehensive loss calculation in the lower course of a certain river, which could give the users a good feeling in the form of more intuitive and easier operation.
