我国城市护城河发展刍议——以南京秦淮河为例

Discussion on Development of Urban Moat in China——Taking Qinhuai River in Nanjing for Example

护城河是城市发展的历史产物,它是构成城市意象,传递城市价值的重要因素。随着社会的不断进步,我国许多城市的护城河已经难以跟上或者严重阻碍了城市的发展。如何揭示城市护城河在当今社会中面临的种种问题,进行科学合理的整治改造,以体现城市特色,适应现代城市生活的需求,是一项极具现实意义的课题。本文以南京秦淮河为例,论述护城河的现状及存在问题,就其中深层原因进行分析,最后提出护城河整治改造的措施与建议。

The moat is the historical product of urban development,which could constitute the city image and pass the urban value.In pace with the progresses of society,many moats in China have been difficult to keep up,or have seriously impeded the city＇s development.How to reveal the problems faced by city moats in today＇s society in order to make the scientific and reasonable transformation to reflect the city＇s characters and adapt to the needs of modern urban life is a subject of great practical significance.Here,taking Qinhuai River in Nanjing for example,the discussions are made about the present situation and problems of moat,and the final measures on renovation and recommendations about the transformation of moat are put forward.
