摘要 针对公路洪灾的复杂性、模糊性及不确定性,基于模糊数学理论,采用熵权法对公路洪灾各危险性指标赋权,构造基于熵权的模糊综合评价模型,通过熵权使权重由主观判断转为由各指标数据之间的关系来确定,将客观权重和专家给出的主观权重综合度量得到评价结果。经过在重庆境内渝黔高速公路洪灾危险性评价实际案例中运用,结果表明,该方法是可行的,能准确反映公路洪灾危险性程度,在实践中具有一定的应用价值。 Due to the complexity,ambiguity and uncertainty of road flood risks,entropy weight method was employed to determine risk index weights based on fuzzy mathematics and establish a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on the basis of entropy weight.The evaluation model was determined by relationship among different indexes instead of subjective judgement.The evaluation results could be obtained by integrating objective weight and subjective evaluation by experts.After conducting a case study of flood risk evaluation in Yuqian Expressway,it was demonstrated that the model could exactly show highway flood risk degree therefore it was feasible and valuable in practice.
