小儿头颈部血管瘤和静脉畸形的MR-DWI评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of MR diffusion-weighted imaging (MR-DWI) between head and neck hemangioma and venous malformation in children

摘要 目的:分析和评价小儿头颈部血管瘤和静脉畸形的磁共振扩散加权成像(MR-DWI)特点。方法:对10例小儿头颈部血管瘤和40例静脉畸形患者进行回顾性分析,在MR-DWI图像上分别取b值为500s/mm2和1000s/mm2,获取其表观弥散系数(ADC)均值,应用SPSS13.0软件包进行t检验。结果:b值为500s/mm2时,血管瘤ADC值为(1.227±0.324)×10-3mm2/s,静脉畸形ADC值为(1.851±0.364)×10-3mm2/s;b值为1000s/mm2时,血管瘤ADC值为(0.728±0.256)×10-3mm2/s,静脉畸形ADC值为(1.200±0.228)×10-3mm2/s。经配对t检验,两者之间有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:小儿头颈部血管瘤和静脉畸形的MR-DWI特点各不相同,影像学检查有助于鉴别诊断。 PURPOSE: To analyze and evaluate the MR diffusion-weighted imaging(MR-DWI) features of head and neck hemangioma and venous malformation in children.METHODS: We retrospectively observed 10 head and neck hemangiomas and 40 head and neck venous malformations in children,which underwent both conventional MR imaging and MR-DWI.In the MR-DW images,the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC) mean value was taken from b=500s/mm^2 and 1000 s/mm^2,The data was analyzed using SPSS13.0 software package for t test.RESULTS: The mean ADC obtained from b value of 500 s/mm^2 was(1.227 ±0.324) ×10^-3mm^2/s in hemangioma and(1.851 ±0.364) ×10^-3mm^2/s in venous malformation,and from b value of 1000 s/mm^2 was(0.728±0.256)×10^-3mm^2/s in hemangioma and(1.200±0.228)×10^-3mm^2/s in vein malformation.There was significant difference between both lesions(P0.01).CONCLUSION: There are different features in MR-DWI between head and neck hemangioma and venous malformation in children,which may be helpful for radiological differential diagnosis.
