高校社会工作专业实践教育研究——以西北高校为例

Research on the practical education for social work speciality——With northwest universities as examples

西北高校社会工作专业实践教育由于受到西北地区社会经济发展较为缓慢的影响,面临着教师实践能力偏低、课程设置实践性较差、实验室、见习实习基地缺乏、实践教育形式单一和实践督导缺失的困境,本文在分析这些困境的基础上,提出了创新社会工作专业实践教育模式的措施。

Influenced by the slow socio-economical development of the northwest district, the practical education of the social work speciality of northwest universities is facing the difficulties of teachers＇ weak practical ability, low practicality of curriculum design, lack of laboratories and bases for probation and practice, single form of practical education and deficiency of supervision.On the basis of analyzing these difficulties, this article puts forward the measures to create new practical education models for social work speciality.
