以黑龙江省尚志市帽儿山镇村党组织自身建设调查为基础,指出农村基层党组织建设在队伍建设、执行力建设和学习教育等方面存在的问题,提出必须在建设学习型村党组织、发展农村经济、推进农村民主政治建设、提高村党组织的能力水平等方面,切实加强社会主义新农村基层党组织建设。

On the basis of the investigation into the self-construction of the village Party organization, Mao＇ershan Town, Shangzhi City, Heilongjiang, this article points out the problems in the construction of the grass roots Party organizations of the socialist new countryside.The construction should be strengthened in the aspects of constructing the learning-type village Party organization, developing the economy, pushing forward the democratic politics and updating the ability level of the village Party organization.
