我国北方苗圃机械化现状分析与思考

An Analytical Research on the Mechanization of Nursery in North China

20世纪80年代,我国北方苗圃机械化曾获得较好的发展,此后便陷入低谷。目前整体水平依旧很低,与林业现代化建设不相协调。在介绍和分析我国北方苗圃机械的现状和成果后着重指出:政府必须加大资金投入和政策扶持,建立健全包括林业机械化在内的林业技术推广服务体系,使包括育苗生产机械在内的具有实用价值和较高水平的科研成果得到推广应用。只有这样,现代化机械才能对现代林业建设起到真正的支撑作用。

The 1980s’ saw a rapid development of nursery mechanization,followed by some kind of standstill.The fairly low overall level of mechanization falls short of the construction and development of a modernized forestry.After an introduction and analysis of the situation of nursery machinery in North China,the thesis emphasizes the point that increasing capital investment and policy reinforcement from the government are needed to establish a completion system of forestry technique promotion and service.This will ensure the extensive and in-time application of the research achievements with high technique and high application value,including the nursery production machinery.Only in this way can the construction of a modern forestry be effectively reinforced with modern technology.
