知柏地黄丸结合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎的疗效评价 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察知柏地黄丸结合牙周基础治疗对慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法将66例慢性牙周炎患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予牙周基础治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上予知柏地黄丸。2组疗程均8周,观察2组治疗前后牙齿菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周袋探诊深度(PD)及附着丧失程度(AL)。结果 2组治疗后PLI、GI、PD及AL较本组治疗前均降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后PD、AL较对照组降低(P<0.05)。结论牙周基础治疗是治疗牙周炎的基本措施,知柏地黄丸能提高慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。 Objective To evaluate the effect Zhibaidihuang pill combined with periodental non-surgical treatment on chronic periodontitis.Methods 66 patients with chronic periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in control group (n=30) were treated by periodental non-surgical treatment.Patients in treatment group (n=30) were treated by Zhibaidihuang pill combined with periodental non-surgical treatment.The course was eight weeks in two groups.PLI,GI,PD and AL before and after treatment were observed.Results PLI,GI,PD and AL after treatment were decreased significantly compared with those before treatment in two groups (P〈0.05).PD and AL in treatment group was decreased in comparison with those in control group after treatment (P〈0.05).Conclusion Periodental non-surgical treatment is a fundamental step on periodontitis,Zhibaidihuang pill can elevate effect.
