山楂降脂丸联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效观察

Clinical observation of Shanzha Jiangzhi pill combined with western medicine on hyperlipidemia

目的观察山楂降脂丸联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法将146例高脂血症患者随机分为2组,治疗组82例予山楂降脂丸联合辛伐他汀治疗,对照组64例单纯予辛伐他汀治疗。2组均2周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效及治疗前后血脂指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率73.4%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P(0.05)。2组TC、TG、LDL-C治疗后较治疗前均降低(P<0.05),HDL-C升高(P<0.05),且2组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论山楂降脂丸联合辛伐他汀治疗高脂血症疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shanzha Jiangzhi pill combined with western medicine on hyperlipidemia.Methods 146 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two groups.82 patients in treatment group were treated by Shanzha Jiangzhi pill combined with western medicine.64 patients in control group were treated only by western medicine.Therapeutic course was two weeks for both groups.Blood lipid indexes were observed before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate in treatment group were 100%,73.4% in control group.There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）.TC,TG and LDL-C after treatment was decreased comparison with those before treatment in two groups （P〈0.05）.HDL-C was increased （P〈0.05）.There was obvious difference between two group after treatment （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shanzha Jiangzhi pill combined with western medicine has a definite therapeutic effect on hyperlipidemia.
