Analysis to Present Situations of Information Industry in Shanxi Province and Primary Study on the Developing Model: Knowledge Networks

本文首先论述了知识经济与信息产业的关系，提出了优先发展信息产业的观点；在调研成果的基础上从宏观和微观两个层次对陕西省信息产业的现状进行分析，并揭示了存在的问题。同时，引发并阐述了发展陕西省信息产业的新模式──知识网络的初步构想．

Firstly, this paper discusses the relations between knowledge economy and information industry,:iroposes that information industry should be developed prior. Then,based on the research results, analyses the present situations of information industry in Shanxi Province from macrocosm and microcosm aspects, discovers the problems that exist in the information industry development seriously. on the basis of analysis, draws and elaborates the plan that uses the knowledge networks to develop the information industry.
