翼状胬肉手术中角膜缘干细胞移植片黏合剂固定与缝线固定的比较研究

The comparative observation in using either medical glue or nylon suture for fixing stem cell implant on corneal limbus during the pterygium resection surgery

目的观察并比较翼状胬肉切除术中角膜缘干细胞移植片医用黏合剂固定与尼龙线缝合固定两种方法的疗效。方法进行翼状胬肉切除术联合角膜缘干细胞移植术60例分为两组:干细胞移植片10-0尼龙线缝合固定组和医用黏合剂粘合固定组,各30例(30眼)。结果医用黏合剂组术后异物感及移植片水肿程度均较缝线组为轻(P<0.01χ2=6.67,P<0.01χ2=10.15)。结论医用黏合剂粘合固定角膜缘干细胞移植片是一种简单有效且术后恢复明显优于尼龙线缝合固定移植片的方法。

Objective To evaluate the outcome of using either medical glue or nylon suture for fixing stem cell implant on corneal limbns during the pterygium resection surgery. Methods Sixty sequential pterygium patients were divided into two equal groups receiving pterygium resectioon surgery. In one group, the nylon suture for fixing stem cell implanron was used on corneal limbus; however in another group medical glue was used. Results Patients in group of medical glue for fixing stem cell implant had less complain of foreign body sensation （ P 〈 0.01 = 6.67 χ^2 = 6. 67 ） and lower grade of implant edema （ P 〈 0.01 χ^2 = 10. 15 ） than their counterparts did in group of nylon suture for fixing stem cell implant. Conclusion Using medical glue for fixing stem cell implant on corneal limbus is a simple and effective way which is obviously better than fixing by nylon suture in pterygium resection.
