摘要
目的观察结膜切除联合结膜巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症的手术疗效。方法按照诊断标准筛选结膜松弛症21例（42眼）行结膜切除联合结膜巩膜固定术，对手术效果进行评估。结果术后临床治愈36眼（85．71％），自觉症状治愈或改善者39眼（92．86％），随访6～24月无一例复发，也无一例出现并发症。结论结膜切除联合结膜巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症，疗效较好，未见明显并发症。
Objective To observe the surgical effect of con- junctival excision combined with conjunctival scleral fixation in the conjunctivochalasis. Methods 21 patients （42 eyes） were chosen in accordance with diagnostic criteria of conjunctivoehalasis, they were treated with conjnnctival excision combined with conjunetival scleral fixation. The postoperative symptoms and effect were evaluated. Results 36 eyes （85.71% ） were clinically cured after the operation,and 39 eyes （92.86） were improved. No complication observed during follow-up of 6 to 24 months. Conclusion conjunetival exeision combined with eonjunetival scleral fixation is an effective method for conjunctivoehalasis,with no significant complication.
