摘要
文章从考察人类社会所面临的重大信息环境问题出发，讨论了信息环境与社会诸要素，即社会、政治、经济及法律的相互制约关系，旨在唤起人们对信息环境问题的充分重视。
On the basis of the information environment that human society faces, this paper discusses the relationship between information environment and social elements which include the interacts of in formation environment and society, politics, economy and laws, the aim is to rouse peole's attention to the issues of information environment.
