从情报研究“扩大内涵”的依据和内容两方面阐述了在新的形势下．情报研究要跳出单纯科技情报的范畴，扩大到所有情报领域，从对具体情报资源管理扩大到对社会化、市场化情报资源的开发、培育和联合利用。

In this article, from the two aspects which include basis and contents of 'extend intension', the author expounds that in the new situation, information research has gone beyond mere S&T in formation and extended to all the information resource to the development cultivation and combined utilization of socialized marketed information resources.
