公共图书馆的有偿服务与无偿服务

目前，公共图书馆开展有偿信息服务已是不争的事实，重要的是如何处理好有偿服务与无偿服务的关系。本文把有偿服务限定在信息服务范围内，认为除此之外的图书馆业务工作应是无偿的，并且从开展有偿信息服务是公共图书馆顺应市场经济发展的必然趋势、有偿服务与无偿服务的关系、有偿服务的收费标准等方面试图把有偿信息服务与图书馆传统的基础业务区分开来，论证公共图书馆开展有偿信息服务是对图书馆工作的深化和拓展，目的是为了促进公共图书馆事业的发展，从而促进经济与社会的发展．

At present, many public libraries have already launched compensable services, so the more important problem we should settle is how to handle the relation between compensable services and free ones. This article puts compensable services under the title of in formation services, and regards all of the other services as free ones, then it demonstrates that the compensable services of public library is to deepen and expand the traditional library work,in order to boost the public library cause and promote the development of economy and society.
