On Management Information Systems for Securities Transaction Market of China

本文以我国证券交易市场为研究对象，从管理信息系统角度，按证券信息流的传递过程，将系统分为业务、清算和管理三个子系统，并分别详细论述了各个子系统的结构、功能特点及发展趋势。

The research object of this article is Chinese securities transaction market. Based on MIS, according to transferring procedures of securities information stream, the system is divided into three sub - systems business, accounting, management. The structures and functions and developping trend of each sub-system are analysised in detail.
