法安明在老年急性冠脉综合征患者综合治疗中的应用

摘要 目的探讨法安明(低分子肝素钠)在老年急性冠脉综合征(ACS)综合治疗中的作用。方法将我院心内科及干部病房216例老年ACS患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂和阿司匹林等作常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用法安明。疗程均为1周,观察比较对两组老年ACS的治疗效果和安全性及高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化情况。结果观察组患者临床症状及心电图改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),且在治疗后的第3、7 d,hs-CRP水平较对照组明显降低(P<0.05)。两组患者均无严重出血、不良反应。结论联合应用法安明治疗老年ACS是安全有效的。
