种植密度对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的影响 被引量:18

摘要 为探索种植密度对烤烟质体色素及其降解产物的影响。以吉林敦化烤烟为试材,采用田间试验对不同种植密度1 hm219 000株、1 hm217 100株、1 hm215 500株、1 hm214 200株的烤烟质体色素及其降解产物含量进行研究。结果表明,烤烟的叶绿素a、叶绿素总量、类胡萝卜素及其降解产物含量均随着种植密度的减小而增加,以种植密度为1 hm214 200株的含量最高;新植二烯和中性致香物质总量均以种植密度为1 hm215 500株的含量最高;种植密度为1 hm215 500株的评吸结果要好于种植密度为1 hm214 200株的处理。最佳种植密度为1 hm215 500株,其烤后烟质体色素及其降解产物含量较高,感官评吸质量最好。 The objective of the research was to explore the effect of planting density on chromoplast pigment and its degraded products in flue-cured tobacco leaf.A field experiment was employed to study the contents of chromoplast pigment and its degraded products under different planting density using the flue-cured tobacco from Dunhua,Jilin Province.The flue-cured tobacco chlorophyll a,the total contents of chlorophyll,the carotenoid and its degradation products all increased with the planting density decreasing,and reached the highest at the density of 14 200 plants in 1 hm2.Neoplytadiene and the total neutral aroma components were the highest at the density of 15 500 plants in 1 hm2.Smoking evaluation were better at the density of 15 500 plants in 1 hm2 than the density of 14 200 plants in 1 hm2.The best planting density of flue-cured tobacco was 15 500 plant in 1 hm2 which had the best sensory quality.
