摘要
探讨氮素形态对菘蓝活性成分累积及4种矿质元素吸收的影响,为菘蓝合理施用氮肥提供依据。采用砂培方法栽培菘蓝,测定同一氮素水平不同氮素形态(NH4+-N:NO3--N分别为100∶0、75∶25、50∶50、25∶75、0∶100)下菘蓝生物量、叶中靛蓝和靛玉红含量、根中多糖含量及氮、磷、钾和镁4种矿质元素的含量。结果表明:菘蓝生物量随铵硝比的降低先增加后下降;提高NH4+-N的比例,有利于菘蓝叶片靛玉红和根中多糖的积累,全硝营养(NH4+-N/NO3--N为0∶100)时靛蓝含量最高(11.40 mg/g),为最低的3倍;NH4+-N比例较高时,促进氮和磷的积累,NO3--N比例较高时,促进钾、镁的积累。
To provide some reference for nitrogen application to Isatis indigotica Fort.,the effect of NH+4-N/NO-3-N ratio on the growth and the content of active component and mineral elements of Isatis indigotica Fort.were studied.The sand culture experiment was conducted and the biomass,the content of indirubin and indigo in the leaves and polysaccharide in the root as well as the mineral elements concentration were determined.The biomass of Isatis indigotica Fort.increased at first when the NH+4-N/NO-3-N ratio changed from 100∶0 to 50∶50 and decreased afterwards.With the proportion of NH+4-N increasing,the content of indirubin in leaf and polysaccharide in root increased as well.When NH+4-N/NO-3-N ratio was 0∶100,the content of indigo reached maximum at 11.40 mg/g which was 3 times higher than the lowest.NH+4-N was beneficial for the accumulation of N and P,while NO-3-N could promote the accumulation of K and Mg.
