摘要
有机蒙脱土在液体橡胶(端羟基聚丁二烯,HTPB)中能自发分散剥离形成纳米复合凝胶,以X-射线衍射、小角X-射线散射、透射电子显微镜等方法表征此纳米复合凝胶的微观结构,并通过流变行为研究探索其微观剥离机理.研究结果表明,液体橡胶的端官能团、液体橡胶与有机改性剂之间的相容性以及液体橡胶与有机蒙脱土片层之间的相互作用对蒙脱土片层在液体橡胶中的剥离都有很大影响.
Organoclay could be spontaneously exfoliated by simply compounding with commercially available telechelic liquid polybutadiene rubber(Hydroxyl Terminated PolyButadiene,HTPB) as characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),small angle X-ray scattering(SAXS) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) methods.A possible mechanism of clay intercalation or exfoliation in liquid-rubber is proposed.It is suggested that the functional end groups of HTPB,the compatibility of HTPB with organic modifier and polymer-clay interaction of liquid rubber with organoclay play an important role in the clay exfoliation in the liquid rubber matrix.
