The Analysis of Commercial Business of Agriculture in Huai-Nan Dao During Tang Dynasty

唐代淮南道农业得到了迅速而稳定的发展,在此基础上的农业商品经济也有所发展。不仅表现在粮食作物的种植生产、销售和农产品的技术加工业方面,而且表现在茶叶、甘蔗、桑、麻、蔬菜、水果、药材等经济作物的种植生产以及畜牧业、林业、渔业和副业等方面。虽然各个方面表现出来的商品发展水平和商品化转化程度有所不同,但是共同代表了唐代社会经济发展的一些新的态势和动向,所显示出来的经济意义以及由此推动的社会变迁无疑是值得重视的。

Huainan Dao in the Tang Dynasty in agriculture has been rapid and stable development,and on this basis,the agricultural commodity economy forward.Not only in the cultivation of food crops production,marketing and technology,agricultural products pro-cessing industries,but also manifested in the tea,sugar cane,mulberry,hemp,vegetables,fruits,herbs and other economic crop produc-tion and animal husbandry,forestry,fisheries and sideline and so on.Although the performance of various aspects of the commodity out of the level of development and commercialization of transformation was slightly different,but the common socio-economic development on behalf of the Tang Dynasty,some of the new situation and trends shown by the economic significance and the resulting social changes promoted by no doubt is worthy of attention.
