老年高血压患者房颤与脉搏波传导速度的关系

Relationship between Atrial Fibrillation and Pulse Wave Velocity in Elderly People with Essential Hypertension

目的探讨老年高血压患者房颤发作与脉搏波传导速度的关系。方法将132例老年原发性高血压痛患者按照有无合并房颤发作分为A、B两组：A组为合并房颤发作组，共32例；B组为不合并房颤发作组即对照组，共100例，分别做臂踝脉搏波传导速度检查，采用统计学方法比较两组臂踝脉搏波传导速度高低。结果A组臂踝脉搏波传导速度明显高于B组，具有统计学意K（P〈0．05）。结论老年高血压患者房颤发作与臂踝脉搏波传导速度关系密切。

Objective This study was aimed to investigate the relationship atrial fibrillation （AF） and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity （baPWV） in elderly people with essential hypertension. Method 132 elderly essential hypertensive patients were divided into 2 groups according to AF complication, group A （AF group） 32 cases, group B （non- AF group） 100 cases. The baPWV were examined and compared at the same time. Results The difference of the baPWV was significant, group A 〉 group B （P〈O.05）. Conclusion In 132 elderly essential hypertensive patients, AF was related with baPWV.
