摘要
由于大截面超高压交联聚乙烯电力电缆的绝缘比较厚,挤出模具规格很大,在挤出过程中会出现很多问题。因此,挤出模具正确选配至关重要。结合欧洲发达国家多个公司的立式化学交联(VCV)聚乙烯绝缘生产线三层共挤机头各自的优点,对超高压VCV生产线挤出机三层共挤机头提出了设计方案和建议。
As the extrusion die for producing large size EHV XLPE power cables has usually large size due to thick insulation,many problems may arise during the extrusion process.For this reason,correct selection of the extrusion die is of most importance.A design programme and suggestions are proposed for the triple extrusion crosshead for the vertical chemical vulcanization(VCV) lines for EHV cables,integrating the davantages of the triple extrusion cross-heads for VCV polyethylene insulation coating lines used by a number of cable companies in the industrially developed countries in Europe.
