摘要
通过对红花木莲播种、扦插、组织培养及HF、SO2吸收能力的研究,探讨了红花木莲的繁殖技术及抗污效能。结果表明:各基质配比,发芽时间和发芽率均无明显差别,但幼苗在腐质土:红土(1∶1)的基质上生长快且良好;采用激素处理扦插穗条,能促进生根和地上部分的生长;以种子为外植体,初步建立了红花木莲的组织培养体系;同时,红花木莲对以SO2和HF为主的混合大气污染物均表现出较强的抗性,尤其对大气中的硫污染具有很强的净化作用。
Through studying on sowing,cutting,tissue culture,and absorption capacity of HF and SO2,reproduc-tive technology and stain-resistant performance of Manglietia insignis(Wall.)Blume were discussed.The results showed that matrix ratio,germination time and germination rate had no significant differences.However,young seedlings grew fast and well in humus soil and clay one to one.Treatment scions with hormone can promote under and over ground root grow.Seeds were used for explants,the tissue culture system of Manglietia insignis(Wall.) Blume was initially established,while showed that strong resistance to SO2and HF-based mix of air pollutants,es-pecially a strong purification of sulfur pollution in the atmosphere.
