浅议湖北林业科技发展问题与对策

Developing Problems and Countermeasures of Hubei Forestry Science and Technology

当前,我国林业已进入从传统林业向现代林业转变的重要历史时期,林业的重要地位进一步凸显。为了深入贯彻落实科学发展观,全面推进科教兴林、人才强林战略的实施,促进林业科技工作更好地服务林业三大体系的建设,分析了湖北林业科技发展现状,指出当前林业科技发展存在的问题,提出"十二五"林业科技发展战略思路和对策。

At present,Chinese forestry from traditional have been got in to modern period,the status become more important.In order to implement concept of the scientific development,comprehensively promote science and edu-cation in forestry,and human resources strategy,promoted work of forestry science and technology better service for three systems,the current situation and existing problems are analyzed of Hubei forestry science and technolo-gy.The thinking and countermeasures of Twelfth Five Years Plan are proposed.
