摘要
将六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)三聚体在自制的丙烯酸树脂乳液中乳化,制得水性异氰酸酯交联剂乳液;然后将交联剂乳液与VAE乳液(醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液)复配,制得木材用胶粘剂。结果表明:当m(丙烯酸树脂)∶m(异氰酸酯)=2∶1、m(水性异氰酸酯交联剂乳液)∶m(VAE乳液)=1∶2、施胶量为300 g/m2和热压温度为110~130℃时,细木工板的胶接强度(0.85 MPa)、横向静曲强度(22.6 MPa)和耐水性(80℃热水中浸泡10 h不开胶)均达到较佳值,并且均符合GB/T 9 846-2004标准。
A water-based isocyanate cross linker emulsion was prepared when hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI) tripolymer was emulsified in self-made acrylic ester resin emulsion. Then an adhesive for wood was prepared by mix between the cross linker emulsion and VAE emulsion (vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion ). The results showed that the bonding strength (0.85 MPa),the transverse static bending strength (22.6 MPa) and water resistance(not glue failure in 80 ℃ hot water for 10 hours) could all reach optimal values,and could all meet standards of GB/T 9 846-2004 for blockboard when mass ratio of m (acrylic ester resin):m (isocyanate) was 2:1, mass ratio of m(water-based isocyanate cross linker emulsion):m(VAE emulsion) was 1:2, adhesive content was 300 g/m^2 and hot pressing temperature was 110-130℃.
