基于图像采集的膜式燃气表检定系统设计

Design of Diaphragm Gas Meters Verification System Based on Image Capture

根据JJG577-2005膜式燃气表检定规程,针对仅有机械计数器而没有电信号输出的膜式燃气表的检定,设计了基于图像采集和标准表法的燃气表检定系统。利用摄像头和图像采集卡,摄取被检表机械计数器读数的瞬时图像,解决了读数的准确采集问题,减少了人工误差,提高了检定准确度。经燃气公司实际应用表明,该系统使用方便,提高了检定效率和检定质量,效果良好。

According to JJG-2005 verification regulation of diaphragm gas meters,a set of verification system was de-signed to verify diaphragm gas meters with only mechanical counter and no electrical signal.Instant image of mechan-ical counter reading was captured by the camera and the image acquisition card.Thus the reading of mechanical counter was obtained accurately.Artificial error was decreased and verification accuracy was increased.The gas com-pany＇s applications shows that the system is convenience to use,improve the verification efficiency and quality and a good effect.
