摘要 为实现电能自动计量和自动监控的要求,设计了一种用于配电终端可以自动计量和监控的多功能电能表。介绍了该多功能电表的软硬件设计,较详细地介绍了它的监控功能。采用电能计量芯片ATT7026A提高仪表的精确度;对被监控用户电能表的电能参数进行实时采集,微处理器对采集来的数据和来自标准表的两类数据进行分析、比较,实现自动计量、自动监控功能。初步试验表明,该电能表计量精确,性能良好,智能化程度高,能够实现计量和监控的设计要求。 A multi-function watt-hour meter with automatic measurement and monitoring was designed for power distri-bution terminal,To achieve automatic measurement,automatic monitoring and control.And software and hardware de-sign of it are introduced,and its monitoring and control function were emphasized.Accuracy degree of watt-hour meter was improved by using ATT7026A chip;Electrical parameters automatic measurement,monitoring and control functions were realized through gathering electrical parameters of end-users on time,and analysis,comparing on the gathered data and data from standard meter by microcomputer.Preliminary tests show that the multi-function watt-hour meter has accurate measurement,good performance,high intelligence,and can meet design requirements on measurement,monitoring and control.
