摘要
随着电子天平应用范围越来越广,如何实现对电子天平数据进行采集、处理和控制已成为工业控制中经常遇到的问题。电子天平一般采用ASCII码方式与相关设备进行通讯,文中以罗克韦尔AB PLC、日本岛津电子天平为例,提出三种实现PLC采集电子天平数据的方式,分析了各种方式实现的方法及其优点和缺点。通过试验比较,最终通过PROSOFT公司MVI94-GSC-E模块完成了罗克韦尔AB PLC和日本岛津UX8200S电子天平的可靠通讯。该系统已成功应用于某港口的矿石检测,取得了较好的应用效果。
With the increasingly wide range of applications of electronic balance,how to collection,process and con-trol the data of the electronic balance has become a frequently encountered problem.Electronic balance commonly communicates with related equipment in ASCII code.Take Rockwell AB PLC and electronic balance of SHIMADZU as an example,this paper puts forward three kinds of way to realise data collection between PLC and electronic bal-ance,and analysis their methods,advantages and disadvantages.By experiment comparison,Finally,it realized reli-able communication between Rockwell AB PLC and Japan Shimadzu UX8200S electronic balance through MVI94-GSC-E module of PROSOFT,The system has been successfully applied to a port of ore testing,achieved a good application effect.
