摘要
近年来,在烟草行业中为保证烟支质量,降低烟支空头率,卷烟机HCF部分烟库摆动轴的摆动速度的控制方式逐渐成为研究重点。文中应用先进的自动控制理念,成功地将变频调速技术应用到电机速度控制中,可实现两种速度控制方式:一种是烟库摆动电机的速度与主机速度跟随,即自适应匹配速度;另一种是根据生产工艺人为设定匹配速度。文中提出的匹配速度控制方法,可解决摆动驱动电机定速问题,成功实现了摆动速度随机性,有效降低烟支空头率与装盘中的掉烟、乱烟现象。
