Scheme Evaluation of Mechanical Product Using Incomplete Index Information

摘要 针对指标权重和指标值信息都不完全的方案评价问题,提出了一种基于二次规划的方案决策方法。首先将机械产品方案的评价问题描述为不完全信息条件下的多目标决策问题,然后在对决策矩阵规范化处理的基础上,将不完全指标权重和指标值信息用线性关系式表示并将其视为未知变量构建二次规划模型,经求解得到指标权重和指标值,进而可计算出方案的评价值,选出最优方案。介绍了该方法的基本原理和步骤,最后通过一个机械产品的评价实例证明了方法的实用性和有效性。与其他方法比较,本文的方法简单方便,计算量小,保证了较强的实用性。 Aiming at the problem of scheme evaluation with incomplete information on index weights and index values, an improved quadratic programming based scheme decision-making method is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the scheme evaluation problem of mechanical product is considered as a multiple attribute decision making problem with incomplete information. Then on the basis of the normalization of decision-making matrix, the incomplete index weights and index values are described with linear expressions and regarded as unknown variables to structure an optimization model of quadratic programming. By solving this model, the unknown objective weights and values are obtained. Using these values the evaluation value of each scheme is calculated and the best scheme is selected. The basic principle and steps are introduced, and finally an evaluation example is provided to demonstrate the practicability and effectiveness of this proposed method. Compared with other methods, this proposed method can ensure a more convenient and applicable evaluation with less amount of computation.
