表面形貌的3D-Motif方法及其算法实现

Assessing Method of 3D-Motif for Surface Topography and Its Realization Algorithm

摘要 论述了3D-Motif方法的定义、基本表征参数,对于分水邻算法得到最初三维粗糙度Motif的合并问题,提出了一种基于变化树基础上的阈值动态邻接表区域合并算法。利用该3D-Motif评定方法对微动磨损痕迹表面三维形貌进行特征数据提取及表征分析,用MOTIF的深度、宽度、面积等七个参数对磨损痕迹表面三维形貌进行了参数表征及分析,证明了该算法的合理性和优越性。 The definition and basic characterization parameters of 3D-Motif method are discussed. As for the merger of three - dimensional roughness Motif by watershed, a dynamic adjacency list region merging algorithm based on the change tree in the threshold is prposed. Using the 3D-Motif evaluation method for three - dimensional profilometry of the fretting wear trace surface, the feature data are drawor and the characteristic analysis is performed. With the MO- TIF depth, width, area, ete, a total of seven parameters are used to express to the wear trace surface, for the parametric characterization and its analysis Finally the rationality and advantages of this algorithm have also been proven by the experiment.
