摘要
以自同步香蕉形振动筛侧板及筛框为算例,采用有限元的理论和方法,在Pro/E软件中建立三维模型,导入到ANSYS软件中对其进行了模态分析,得到了自同步香蕉形振动筛侧板及筛框的动态特性分布规律,求出固有频率和固有振型,找出侧板及筛框结构上不合理的部位并进行了动力学结构改进,使其固有频率远离工作频率10%以上,证明改进后的设计是合理的,有效地提高了振动筛性能,并可推广应用到类似产品的结构改进。
In this paper, the self - synchronizing banana - shaped vibrating screen side plate and the screen frame was considered as an example with the finite element theory and methods, a three - dimensional model was created, the unreasonable positions on both Pro/E software and input into ANSYS software for modal analysis. The distribution rules of dynamic characteristics for the self - synchronizing banana - shaped vibrating screen side plate and screen frame are obtained as well as the natural frequencies and natural mode of vibrating screen was found. Also, the unreasonable positions on both the side plate and the screen frame structure were identified and improved dynamic structure. So vibrating screen natural frequency was far away from the operating frequency above 10%. Facts had proved that the revised design was reasonable and effectively increased the performance of the vibrating screen. This method can be applied to similar products for structural improvement.
