摘要
为筛选适宜贵州栽培的杏鲍菇品种(菌株),探索杏鲍菇在贵州的优质高产栽培技术,引进4个杏鲍菇品种(菌株)在贵州高寒山区栽培,研究各品种(菌株)杏鲍菇菌丝生长、露地覆土栽培情况下子实体性状和产量表现。结果表明:杏鲍菇-1、杏优-1的菌丝生长快,长势强;4个杏鲍菇品种(菌株)的产量及生物转化率表现一致,即杏鲍菇-1>杏优-1>XB-1>QX-1,其中杏鲍菇-1的产量分别与XB-1和QX-1达极显著差异,杏优-1、XB-1的产量分别与QX-1达极显著差异。
The mycelium growth,fruit body characteristics and yield performance of four Pleurotus eryngii strains cultured in open fields with the soil sealing pattern in cold mountainous areas of Guizhou province to screen suitable cultivation strains and establish the cultivation technique for its quality and high yield in Guizhou.The results showed that Xingbaogu-1 and Xingyou-1 had the advantage of rapid growth and strong growth vigor of mycelium,the yield and biological conversion rate of four Pleurotus eryngii strains was Xingbaogu-1〉Xingyou-1〉XB-1Q〉X-1,and the yield of Xingbaogu-1 was very significantly higher than XB-1 and QX-1,with the yield of xingyou-1 and XB-1 very significantly higher than Qx-1.
