潮霉素对拟南芥幼苗生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为揭示潮霉素与拟南芥幼苗生长发育的关系,研究了不同浓度潮霉素对拟南芥幼苗叶和根生长的影响。结果表明:拟南芥幼苗对潮霉素的抗性浓度约为30μg/mL;在30μg/mL潮霉素的作用下,拟南芥幼苗叶生长、主根伸长和侧根形成受到显著抑制,导致拟南芥幼苗较小。 The results from studying the effects of hygromycin on cotyledon and root growth of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings showed that hygromycin could inhibit elongation of the main root,formation of lateral roots and growth of the cotyledon of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings,and hygromycin with 30 g/mL concentration significantly inhibit elongation of the main root,formation of lateral roots and growth of the cotyledon Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings,which results in poor development of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings
