摘要
大黄鱼以柔嫩味美、营养丰富、经济价值高而深受消费者的青睐,有较大的市场发展空间。针对闽东大黄鱼产业的现状与出口状况,对其国内竞争力进行了分析,指出了影响国内竞争力的制约因素,提出了加大大黄鱼增殖力度、构建大黄鱼产业利益联结机制、加强养殖海区管理等促进闽东大黄鱼产业健康发展的对策建议。
Yellow croaker with delicious,tender meat,abundant nutrition and high economic value is welcomed by customers and has a great market development space.The paper introduces the current development situation and export condition of yellow croaker industry,points out the restraints affecting domestic competitiveness based on analyzing its domestic competitiveness,and proposes the countermeasures of improving its propagation dynamics,establishing its benefit link mechanism and enhancing management of the aquaculture areas to promote the health development of yellow croaker industry in Fujian province.
