摘要
为探索AsA代谢对高温胁迫的响应,研究了高温胁迫不同时间对苹果叶片AsA含量、氧化还原状态的影响。结果表明:苹果叶片MDA和H2O2含量随高温处理时间的延长而增加;总抗坏血酸、AsA含量在高温处理2 h时达最大,之后开始下降;AsA/DHA比值均随高温处理时间的延长而下降。
The AsA content and its redox state of apple leaves under different high temperature stress were studied to know response of AsA metabolism to high temperature stress.The results showed that the MDA and H2O2 content in apple leaves increased with the increase of high temperature treatment time,the total ascorbic acid and AsA content reached the highest under high temperature treatment for 2 h,and the AsA/DHA ratio decreased with the increase of high temperature treatment time.
