摘要
随着城市基础设施建设的日新月异,土地权属的变更日益频繁,凸显出地籍信息系统动态数据库建设的重要性。本文阐述了成都市地籍数据库要素类的设计理论,以及基于ArcGIS的二次开发插件进行后台数据库维护、前端WEBGIS数据库的框架设计方法,开发成都市主城区地籍数据库,建成地籍调查动态服务系统。该系统的建成极大地提高了地籍数据的管理效率,从技术层面上保证了土地登记的正确性和权威性。
With the rapid development of urban construction, the property of land becomes more changeful and the establishment of cadastral information system becomes more important. This paper presents the process about the classification of cadastral element and development methods of background database maintenance and foreground WEBGIS frame design. For good management of cadastral data for Chengdu city, we develop the cadastral database system based on ArcGIS components. The successful establishment of the system can greatly improve the management efficiency of cadastral database and ensure the correctness and authority of land registration.
