甲型副伤寒特异性转移因子临床效用初探

Primary exploration of clinical effect of paratyphi A specific transfer factor

目的初步探讨甲型副伤寒特异性转移因子(PA-STF)临床效用。方法白细胞黏附抑制试验和吞噬细胞吞噬功能试验检测其对甲型副伤寒患者免疫功能的影响,以正常人为对照。结果甲型副伤寒患者的白细胞黏附抑制率、吞噬细胞吞噬率均明显高于正常人(P<0.05)。结论 PA-STF在体外可显著增强人白细胞黏附抑制作用和吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,具有防治甲型副伤寒的潜在临床效用。

Objective To explore the possible effects of paratyphi A specific transfer factor（PA-STF）in clinic. Methods The effects of PA-STF on human immune function were detected with leukocyte adhesion inhibition test and phagocytosis test.Results PA-STF enhanced the effect of leukocyte adhension inhibition and the function of phagocyte＇s phagocytosis significantly.Conclusion PA-STF has the clinical effect of preventing and paratyphoid A.
