顺序注射HG-AFS法测定乳制品中砷含量

摘要 目的建立了一种顺序注射氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定乳制品中砷含量的方法。方法采用混酸消化法处理样品,并对仪器工作参数及氢化物发生条件进行了优化,在优化条件下,用氢化物发生-原子荧光法测定乳制品中痕量砷。结果砷的检出限为0.025μg/L,相对标准偏差(RSD%,n=11)为0.64%,加标回收率为96.5%~104.0%。结论方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点。用该法测定乳制品中的砷,结果令人满意。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of arsenic in dairy product by sequence injection hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods The experimental conditions were optimized,including instrument working parameters and the conditions of hydride generation.Under the optimum conditions,arsenic was determined in dairy product by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry with mixed acid ashing.Results The detection limits were 0.025μg/L,a relative standard deviation of 0.64%,and a recovery rate of 96.5%~104.0%were obtained.Conclusion This method has proved rapid,accurate and highly sensitive.The method was employed for measurement of arsenic in dairy product,and satisfactory results were obtained.
