摘要 为解决高校大型机床电气控制的实习、实训设备不足的问题,结合机床电气控制设备实物,应用PLC先进技术,采用半仿真半实物的形式,运用功能块图表示控制逻辑的方法,设计与开发出M1432万能外圆磨床PLC控制实验实训教学设备。可以让学生进行大型机床电气控制的模拟和仿真实习实训,也可以进行PLC控制技术改造,还可以用于毕业设计和技能竞赛的项目。通过反复调试运行,成功地应用于实训教学和社会服务,集教学实训、技能训练、职业培训、技能鉴定、技术服务于一体,实现"教、学、练、做"一体化教学,弥补了高校大型机床电气实习实训设备的不足。 In order to solve the insufficiency of large-scale prative equipment in universities,based on the advanced PLC technique,using semi-simulation and semiphysical form, by means of function block diagrom to represent control logic, this article designed and developed M1432 universal cylindrical grinder PLC control experimental practice teaching facilities. It can allow students to carry out simulative practive training of large-scale machine electrical control, and PLC technological transformation as well. It can also be used for the projects of graduation design and skills competition. The facilities were successfully applied to practical teaching and social service which make up for the deficiency of large-scale practice equipment in universities.
