摘要
结合郑州轻工业学院烟草工程专业实验室的建设发展,阐述了烟草工程专业实验室的建设管理,实验技术队伍的发展和稳定的校外实习基地的建设,这三者结合是培养高素质、有创新能力工程技术人才必不可少的条件,只有将三者建设好、管理好,共同协调发展,才能真正将人才培养目标落到实处。
Based on the development of the tobacco engineering specialized laboratory in Zhengzhou Institute of Light Industry, this paper proposed that laboratory construction and administration, improvement of laboratory technical team, and construction of off-campus practice bases are three necessary key elements to the talents cultivation.
