高校实验教学中心仪器设备统筹管理探讨

Discussion on Comprehensive Management in the Experimental Teaching Center in Colleges and Universities

传统意义上的仪器设备管理工作内容重点在于仪器设备"形"的管理,对于设备的添置和管理缺乏统筹计划,往往出现"重购置、轻管理"的现象,从而造成了仪器设备使用率低,不能充分发挥效益。要实现仪器设备的合理化配置,就必须加强仪器设备的统筹管理,做到真正意义上的"实质"管理。

From the common view, the management of instruments always puts emphasis upon instruments themselves, but lacks of integrated planning. It always leads to ＇＂ stress acquisition to the neglect of management＂ ,and also results in low usage efficiency of instruments resources,and instruments can＇ t produce the best benefit. If labs want to rationalize the configuration of instruments, it must strength the integrated planning of instruments.
