摘要
通过探讨在微软.NET平台下使用SAPI 5.1语音接口的网络实时发音的设计方法,给出了利用微软的C#语言和TTS进行应用的WinForm与WebForm程序。使用ADO.NET可以从SQL2000数据库中获取文本,并通过SAPI将文本和语音有机结合产生声文并茂的效果,适应于教学软件,通信等方面。
A method of applying Microsoft . Net platform and Microsoft SAPI 5.1 to design network reahime speech was introduced,the flow of program and some relative program about Winform and Webform using the TTS and C# were also presented. This method can organically combine speech and text, and be suitable for teaching software and communication.
