摘要
介绍并分析了延迟焦化装置现有的加热炉系统、水力除焦系统、压缩机系统、高温泵与液化气泵系统和四通阀与隔断阀系统安全联锁的现状和存在的问题。提出了增加焦炭塔操作的顺控联锁、加热炉开工点火的顺控联锁、焦炭塔安全阀出口切断阀和呼吸阀的联锁以及塔器或容器低低液位联锁的设计思路,同时提出了完善延迟焦化装置整体安全仪表系统的建议。
This article introduces and analyzes the interlock system status and problems of the existing delayed coker unit,including furnace system,hydraulic cutting system,compressor system,heat pump and LPG pump system,as well as the switch valve system. It also proposes the design ideas on sequence logic system of coke drum operation,sequence interlock of furnace start-up operation,interlock between the isolation valve on the discharge of coke drum relief valve and the vent valve,along with LL level interlock of tower or vessel.Furthermore,the proposal on improving safety instrument system of the overall delayed coker unit is advised as well.
