PTA氧化反应器设计思路

DESIGN IDEAS OF PTA OXIDATION REACTOR

针对新的PTA氧化工艺路线,提出了平推流或者活塞流氧化反应器设计思想,使得物料在氧化反应器内部形成上下游关系,避免原料和产品相互充分混合,同时TA在反应器中处于完全溶解状态,使得最终氧化产物中不含4-CBA和P-TA杂质成为可能。

For a new PTA oxidation process,this article presents a plug flow or piston flow oxidation reactor design,which makes the material flow in oxidation reactor somewhat like a stream to avoid mixing of raw materials with products and makes the material in a state of completely dissolution.So it is possible that the final oxidation product contains no 4-CBA and p-TA as impurities.
