延迟焦化装置弹丸焦生成原因分析及对策

CAUSE ANALYSIS AND COUNTERMEASURES FOR SHOT COKE FORMATION IN THE DCU AT JINXI PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY

针对锦西石化分公司延迟焦化装置单一加工辽河减压渣油情况下,生产中出现弹丸焦的问题,通过对弹丸焦生成的主要影响因素:原料性质和温度、压力、循环比等操作条件的分析,摸索出可以抑制弹丸焦生成的有效措施,实现装置安全平稳生产。

Aiming to solve the problem of shot coke formation during the operation of DCU at Jinxi Petrochemical Company which takes Liaohe vacuum residue as its sole feedstock,this article analyzes the main factors influencing the formation of shot coke, including feedstock property,operating temperature, operating pressure and cycle ratio,and presents some effective measures for inhibiting the formation of shot coke,so as to realize the safe and stable operation of the unit.
