摘要
整体燃料气化联合循环(IGCC-Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle)是目前化石燃料燃烧发电系统中环保性能最佳的。它原本是上世纪70年代西方国家应对石油危机的战略技术储备,随着当今世界温室气体排放加剧,节能减排形势日益严峻,IGCC受到了更多的关注。介绍了IGCC系统的工艺原理,列举了4大生产商提供的联合循环工艺的主要运行参数,分析总结了影响IGCC系统可靠性的主要因素:气化炉工艺、燃气轮机循环以及材料。
Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) is one of the best energy saving and emission reduction systems for fossil fuel combustion and power generatioa At the very beginning,IGCC was the strategic technology for avoiding energy shortage because of the oil crisis in 1970's.At present,IGCC becomes more important because of the greenhouse gas emission,capture and store.This paper introduces the principle of the IGCC system and analyzes the system reliability from aspects of gasifier,gas turbine and material.
